Ltd. ("Renacare," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site, scheduling an appointment, or receiving any service from Renacare, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Description of services — information only
The information on this Site — including pages about treatments, procedures, conditions, doctors and centres — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Specific medical advice for your situation requires an in-person or telemedicine consultation with a qualified Renacare physician. Do not rely on information on this Site as a substitute for professional medical care.
Renacare provides nephrology consultation, hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration, kidney transplant care, interventional nephrology procedures, plasmapheresis and related kidney-care services at its 7 partner centres across Delhi NCR.
3. Booking and appointments
- Appointments can be booked by calling +91 98181 83957, messaging us on WhatsApp, or sending email to info@renacareckdr.com.
- Appointments are confirmed by our team via WhatsApp or phone. An appointment is not deemed confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message.
- We may reschedule appointments due to clinical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible.
- You must provide accurate personal and medical information. Material omissions may affect the quality and safety of care.
4. Emergency disclaimer
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately (108 / 102) or visit the nearest emergency room. This Site, our WhatsApp number, our email and our phone lines are not monitored 24x7 for emergencies and are not substitutes for emergency care. Some of our partner centres do operate 24x7 dialysis services — call us to confirm availability.
5. Pricing and payment
- All quoted prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may vary by centre, scheme empanelment and individual clinical requirements.
- We provide a written estimate before commencement of any scheduled treatment.
- Estimates are not binding quotations — final billing depends on actual consumables, medications and clinical course.
- Payment is accepted via UPI, cards, bank transfer and (at empanelled centres) cashless mode under PMJAY, CGHS, ECHS, and major TPAs.
- GST and other applicable taxes are billed in accordance with prevailing law.
6. Cancellation and refund
- OPD appointment cancellations should be communicated at least 4 hours in advance to avoid no-show charges.
- Scheduled procedures (biopsy, AV fistula, transplant workup) cancelled within 24 hours of the slot may incur a partial cancellation fee to cover consumables already opened.
- Refunds for advance payments are processed within 7-14 working days to the original payment method.
- No refunds are issued for services that have already been rendered.
