How Renacare works.
Renacare is a kidney-care network founded by senior nephrologists, not by investors. Dr. Anil Prasad Bhatt and a small group of consultants started Renacare in 2020 after watching dialysis access collapse during the pandemic. The model has not changed since. Nephrologists own the patient file. Technicians and nurses execute a plan a consultant signed. Every shift has senior review.
Today the network covers 7 centres across Noida, Delhi and Greater Noida. A patient on maintenance dialysis at our Sector 37 flagship can take a session at Cribs Hospital in Jasola during a Delhi visit, or at Mahanandan in Greater Noida while visiting a parent, without re-explaining their case. One shared record, one protocol library, one escalation path to a senior nephrologist on call. The same prescription, the same water quality, the same infection-control checklists — at every centre.
Pricing is written before you commit. There are no surprise EPO mark-ups or hidden dialyser charges on the discharge bill. When a patient is ready — fistula sound, numbers stable — we offer home hemodialysis as a real option, even though it earns the network less per session. That is the operating principle: do the right thing for the patient, the rest follows.

Four things we won't compromise.
These are not the same as our four service differentiators. These are the operating values we hire, train and audit against.
Medicine before machines.
A dialysis machine is a tool. A patient is a person. We start with the clinical case, not the slot availability — and we change the prescription when the labs say so, not when the calendar does.
Dignity in chronic care.
Long-term dialysis is hard on patients and harder on families. We answer questions in plain language, allow attendants in the unit, and never use the words "non-compliant" about a tired patient.
Honest pricing.
A written estimate before treatment starts. The same rate for every patient at the same centre. No referral kickbacks, no incentives on dialyser or EPO sales. The bill should never surprise you.
Continuity across centres.
Your nephrologist follows you whether you walk into Sector 37 or Jasola. The handover happens between consultants, not between front desks.
