Consultant Nephrologist
DM Nephrology with 3+ years of post-fellowship experience. Will hold OPD and dialysis rounds across two centres. Procedure skills are a plus.

Senior Dialysis Nurse
BSc Nursing or GNM with 5+ years of dialysis unit experience. Cannulation expertise on fistulas and catheters. Comfortable with intradialytic emergency management.

Dialysis Technician
Certified dialysis technician with 2+ years of HD floor experience. Will run shifts, water-quality maintenance, machine setup, and infection-control checklists.

Renal Dietician
MSc Nutrition with 2+ years of renal dietetics experience. Will run patient-specific potassium, phosphate and fluid plans across centres and for home patients.

Care Coordinator
Graduate with strong communication skills and 1+ year in patient coordination or hospital admin. Will be the named coordinator for a panel of patients across centres.

Unit Manager
Healthcare operations background with 4+ years of unit management experience. Will own the shift schedule, water-quality, consumable logistics and patient experience for one centre.
