How much does dialysis cost at Renacare?
In-centre hemodialysis ranges ₹2,500–3,500 per session depending on dialyser and modality. Home hemodialysis is ₹4,500/session including consumables. All Renacare centres are empanelled with Ayushman Bharat (PMJAY), CGHS, ECHS, ESI, and most private insurers — making out-of-pocket costs near zero for empanelled patients.
Can I really do dialysis at home?
Yes — most patients with stable access can transition to home hemodialysis within 2-3 weeks. We deliver the machine, train your partner, and provide 24/7 nephrologist supervision. Home HD usually means 4-5 sessions per week (shorter and gentler) which improves blood pressure, sleep and energy levels significantly.
How long is each dialysis session?
In-centre: 4 hours, 3 times a week. Home HD: typically 2.5 hours, 4-5 times a week. We adjust based on your blood reports, dry weight and clinical condition — never a one-size template.
Do you accept CGHS / ECHS / Ayushman Bharat?
Yes — Renacare centres are empanelled with PMJAY (Ayushman Bharat), CGHS, ECHS, ESI, and major TPAs (Star Health, ICICI Lombard, HDFC Ergo, Bajaj Allianz, Care Health and more). We submit claims directly so you don't pay out of pocket.
What if I need emergency dialysis tonight?
Call +91 98181 83957 or WhatsApp us. We have same-day slots at PrimaCare ClearMedi (24×7) and Cribs Hospital. Most patients are stabilised within 2-3 hours of first contact.
How is Renacare different from a chain like NephroPlus or DaVita?
Three differences: (1) Every shift has a senior nephrologist on the floor — not a technician calling a doctor by phone. (2) Same doctor manages you long-term — no rotation between consultants. (3) Interventional procedures (AV fistula, biopsy, plasmapheresis) are done by your own nephrologist in-house, never referred out.
Can the same doctor manage me long-term?
Yes — that's the whole model. Dr. Anil Prasad Bhatt or one of our senior consultants will own your file for as long as you're with Renacare. Travel between our 7 centres — your prescription, dry weight and labs follow you instantly.
Do you handle kidney transplants?
Yes — pre-transplant workup, donor evaluation, transplant coordination with major Delhi NCR transplant centres, and lifetime post-transplant follow-up. We've supported over 2,000 transplants in our consultants' careers.
