Home hemodialysis is the same treatment you would get in a centre — blood filtered through a dialyzer to remove toxins and fluid — delivered in your living room instead of a clinic. A trained partner (usually a family member or hired carer) runs the session under remote nephrologist supervision. Most patients dialyse 4-5 times a week for shorter durations, which is gentler on the heart and gives better day-to-day energy than the standard thrice-weekly schedule. A real session, step by step.
Week 1-2 is assessment and home setup. Week 3-6 is training at our Sector 37 Noida centre — you and your carer practise on real machines. Once cleared, you start at home with a nurse present for the first sessions. After that, you run your own schedule. We review your numbers weekly and visit monthly. If your access is sound and your numbers stay stable, home hemodialysis can continue for years — gentler on the heart and easier on the family.

Yes, when training is real. Every session is logged and reviewed by your nephrologist. You have a 24/7 phone line, and we visit monthly. The data shows home dialysis has equal or better outcomes than in-centre when patients are properly trained.

Either works. Most families train a spouse, adult child or hired nurse as the dialysis partner. Renacare trains whoever you choose. You don't have to do it yourself.
